Why do some coffees taste bitter?
To be honest, coffee isn't supposed to be bitter. It starts at the harvest. Bitter coffee comes from aggressive coffee buyers who insist that they need lots of coffee. As a result, coffee farmers pick the coffee before it is ripe... and the coffee buyers are ok with this.
But at Going Native Coffee, we care about making a better - never bitter - cup of coffee.

So How can you make better, more flavorful coffee. It's by using only fresh Ripe coffee beans that are picked at the peak of ripness.

We will demonstrate how other coffee companies harvest their coffee (ripened and unripened coffee beans) and using adult (and child labor in some cases).

At Going Native Coffee, we carefully harvest the ripened coffee beans to ensure a bold, full flavored, richer, better coffee.

What we do may take longer, but the resulting flavor and body is beyond other coffees.
